All sales of made-to-order salsa are final. Because each order is prepared specifically for the customer, the seller does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except as required by applicable law or if the order is delivered in a damaged condition.

If a customer fails to pick up a perishable order by the designated pickup date and time, the customer will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or replacement. Any order not picked up by the designated pickup date and time will be deemed forfeited and may be discarded or otherwise disposed of by the seller without further notice or liability.
